Good for you and tasty too. . .

er, or not. The kind people at Kashi sent me a sample of their "Tasty Little Cookies" with 3 grams of fiber, and 7 whole grains, all natural, chewy cookies with no hydrogenated oils, zero grams of trans fat, and all natural of the Oatmeal Dark Chocolate variety.

WHAT DO YOU THINK THIS SHIT TASTES LIKE?

Well, I really wish I had a picture of what my brother feeds his goats because I'm thinking they just took a perfectly good dark chocolate oatmeal cookie and threw in this crap for good measure.
I did not like it. I have never liked anything from Kashi. The cereal was "baaaad" (pun totally intended.) The cookie I think was worse. I can guarantee with all the extra grains and healthy stuff it definately makes your poop shooter work. As I was about to throw the cookie away my son walked by me and I offered it to him. He ate it willingly and said it made his mouth hurt. Nice. Exactly what I strive for in my baking.
Last night, before bed, the kid pooped and I figured out what all that fiber's good for . . .

I think I'll stick with my health food . . .
